WPvivid Backup Pro provides the ability to rollback your WordPress core files, themes, and plugins.
By default WPvivid Backup Pro will automatically back up your files (WordPress core files, themes, and plugins) and the entire database before they are updated. Only the files you want to update will be backed up.
You can disable the feature in the Backup Settings of the plugin.
